Identify and approach prospective clients in need of ESIC, PF, and Labour laws other statutory compliance services.
Present and promote ESIC, PF & Labour law - related services to businesses, HR heads, and decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Work closely with internal compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into business opportunities.
Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high client satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of current ESIC/PF regulations and updates.
Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns for statutory services.
Attend industry events, expos, and networking meets to generate leads.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
Fresher & 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in HR, compliance services, or payroll industry.
Good understanding of ESIC, PF, and Labour law other statutory obligations under Indian labour laws.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minium HSC qualified fresher & Experience working with compliance consultancies or HR outsourcing firms.
Basic understanding of payroll processes and statutory filing deadlines.
Ability to explain legal/technical terms in simple language to clients.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of qualified leads generated.
Conversion rate of leads to clients.
Client retention and satisfaction scores.
Revenue generated from ESIC/PF services.
