Job Description

We are currently seeking a Marketing Executive with a Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Marketing, as well as 1-2 years of relevant work experience. As the Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will involve developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at promoting our products and services to potential customers. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a genuine interest in marketing, and who can think creatively and strategically to help us achieve our business objectives. Responsibilities:

• Devise and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to effectively promote our products and services.
• Conduct market research to gain valuable insights into customer needs and preferences, using this information to guide marketing efforts.
• Generate marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and sales materials.
• Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts and ensure marketing materials align with sales goals.
• Manage social media accounts and create content for online marketing campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing events and trade shows.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, reporting on key metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and remain knowledgeable about the latest marketing practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• MBA in Marketing or a related field.
• 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to utilize data for informed decision-making.
• A creative thinker with a genuine passion for marketing and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with marketing automation and CRM software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 925,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Benefits:
