Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven

Marketing Executive

to support brand growth, increase customer engagement, and drive sales across our restaurant outlets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media, and supporting on-ground promotional activities in the F&B or QSR industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Execution:

Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns to promote products, combos, and seasonal offers.

Digital Marketing:

Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), create engaging content, and track online engagement and performance.

Brand Visibility:

Coordinate with designers and vendors for in-store branding, print collaterals, and outdoor marketing.

Promotions & Events:

Support outlet-level activations, food festivals, influencer collaborations, and tie-ups with local brands or communities.

Market Research:

Study competitor trends, customer feedback, and local market insights to recommend improvements.

Sales Support:

Work closely with outlet managers and operations teams to align marketing activities with sales goals.

Reporting:

Maintain marketing data, track ROI of campaigns, and prepare performance reports.

Coordination:

Liaise with agencies, creative partners, and media for campaign execution and brand visibility.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in marketing (preferably in F&B, Hospitality, or QSR industry). Good understanding of digital and social media marketing. Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think out of the box. Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
