Job Description

Marketing Strategy and Planning



Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns to promote company projects, products, or services. Support the marketing manager in identifying target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities. Contribute creative ideas for promotional strategies and brand positioning.

2. Lead Generation and Customer Engagement



Generate and follow up on sales leads through online and offline marketing efforts. Respond to customer inquiries and maintain engagement through calls, emails, and social media. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion of leads into sales.

3. Digital Marketing and Online Presence



Manage company social media pages and create engaging content to enhance brand visibility. Assist in SEO, Google Ads, and online marketing campaigns. Track performance of digital campaigns and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and ROI.

4. Branding and Advertising



Coordinate with advertising agencies, designers, and printers for marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, and digital creatives. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing materials. Plan and execute brand awareness activities like email campaigns, outdoor promotions, and events.

5. Event and Exhibition Management



Plan and participate in exhibitions, product launches, and promotional events. Handle event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site brand representation. Collect customer feedback and leads during events for follow-up.

6. Market Research and Analysis



Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, demand trends, and competitor offerings. Prepare reports and suggest actionable insights to improve marketing strategies. Keep track of real estate or industry-specific trends and recommend new marketing opportunities.

7. Coordination with Internal Teams



Work closely with the sales, design, and project teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Provide marketing support materials and presentations to the sales team. Coordinate with vendors and media partners for campaign execution.

8. Reporting and Documentation



Maintain records of marketing activities, budgets, and results. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on marketing performance and lead conversions. Present insights and suggestions to the marketing manager for campaign improvements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
