please share your resume on - [HIDDEN TEXT] PURPOSE To support and execute India pharma co- marketing campaigns to ensure that MH Professional\'s (MHP) brand and marketing initiatives occupies the minds of our target audience with strong values and value propositions in pharma sector. Responsible for executing field-based marketing and co-marketing for Access Medical platforms within the India region. ACCOUNTABILITIES - Describe the top five to ten essential accountabilities of this position that are critical to the successful performance of the job. Implement tactical co-marketing campaigns for Access Medical platforms against marketing defined strategy and plans. Tactical execution locally through online and offline marketing channels. Executing effective, targeted, and innovative promotions including email (Marketo), and other offline channels. Design and create co-branded print promotional materials and on-boarding kits for MH Professional\'s pharma customers using McGraw Hill\'s branded templates and ensure all the assets are consistent across campaigns and adhere to global brand guidelines. Provide support in pharma events, virtual or in-person to maintain relationship with key stakeholders. Design and deploy monthly co-branded emailers and print promotional materials for end users to increase Access Medical platform usage. Work extensively with free-lance designers and marketing agencies to create required co-branded promotional materials. Collaborate with pharma marketers to understand how to increase usage and engage practicing doctors through different channels. Responsible for collating and sharing reports on campaign performance and tracking success of local campaigns and generate monthly reports against the KPIs defined by the Marketing Manager. Provide agreed administrative support to assigned marketing leaders with respect to ensuring all supporting marketing and sales enablement assets are delivered. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE A proven track record of successful marketing campaign support and tactical execution in India in the last year. Knowledge of technology, education, and publishing sectors (one is a prerequisite). Knowledge of Marketo or similar marketing automation tool is desirable. A desire to utilise problem solving skills and possess a self-starter attitude. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organization and collaboration skills. Educated to Degree level or equivalent.
