Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for promoting company products and services, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales through various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities. Handle online and offline marketing activities including social media promotions, events, and campaigns. Coordinate with sales teams to generate leads and support business growth. Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content. Manage and update company's social media platforms. Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Assist in preparing marketing reports and performance analysis.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Creativity and ability to work independently as well as in a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
