As the Marketing Manager - Demand Generation, you will be responsible for building and executing strategies that create measurable demand for our products and services. You will work collaboratively with Sales, Product Marketing, and Growth teams to design high-impact campaign programs that generate qualified leads, increase conversion rates, and drive pipeline growth.
Demand Generation Strategy & Execution
Build and own the demand generation playbook to drive awareness, acquisition, and revenue.
Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital (SEM/SEO, paid social, email, content syndication), events/webinars, account-based marketing (ABM), and partner channels.
Identify high-impact opportunities to scale demand generation with measurable ROI.
Lead Management & Nurturing
Design and optimize lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture programs to move MQLs to SQLs efficiently.
Collaborate with SDR/BDR and Sales teams to define SLAs and feedback loops.
Analytics & Optimization
Establish KPIs, dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure campaign performance.
Use data insights to continuously test, evaluate, and refine campaigns.
Forecast impact on pipeline and revenue, and adjust strategy accordingly.
Content & Collateral Alignment
Partner with Content and Product Marketing to develop compelling assets (eBooks, webinars, case studies, email sequences) that align with campaign goals.
Ensure messaging resonates with target personas at different stages of the buyer journey.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product and Sales leadership to understand product differentiators and inform positioning in demand campaigns.
Collaborate with external agencies/vendors where appropriate to scale execution.

Experience: 4-7+ years in B2B demand generation or performance marketing, preferably in SaaS/enterprise technology.
Strategic & Analytical: Proven ability to plan, measure, and optimize campaigns with data-driven decisions.
Execution-Oriented: Comfortable owning complex campaigns from ideation through execution and analysis.
Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Collaborative Communicator: Can translate insights and strategy across teams and influence without authority.
