Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications and PR strategies that align with the company\'s objectives, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer engagement. - Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging, brand-aligned content across various channels, including press releases, blog posts, email newsletters, and social media. - Digital Marketing Execution: Work closely with the digital marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns. - Public Relations: Manage media relations and develop contacts with media members, influencers, and community leaders. Coordinate all public relations activities, including press conferences, interviews, and event sponsorships. - Client Interactions: Engage with clients to gather feedback, understand their needs, and enhance client satisfaction. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events. - Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communications and PR campaigns. Prepare and present reports on campaign results, insights, and recommendations for future strategies. - Budget Management: Manage the marketing communications budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI. - Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and sales, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and to leverage cross-promotional opportunities. - Market Research: Conduct and analyze market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for brand growth. Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. - Proven experience in marketing communications, PR, or a similar role, preferably in the automotive or RV industry. - Experience - minimum 5 years in Marcomm role - Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing. - Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. - Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong attention to detail. - Proficiency in analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. - Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
