\xe2\x80\xa2 Engage with prospective clients to understand and scope research requirements and propose most appropriate solution and methodology \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct research and analysis across a wide range of assignments including market assessment & sizing, competitive analysis & benchmarking, industry/sector analysis, vendor/ JV partner identification, and business plans etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead a team of research analysts for project delivery \xe2\x80\xa2 Regular client interaction and client management \xe2\x80\xa2 Training & mentoring new joiners on research methodology and various databases and their application in the research work \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to scope, structure and deliver work with a clear visibility of timelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Mange assignments from Internal clients, clearly setting up their expectations and managing the deliverables within the team \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive and Manage various key initiatives aimed at enhancing the operational effectiveness of the team and build its visibility
Primary Skills
- 11 to 15 years experience in the business / market research industry
- Experience in Research and Advisory domain
- A Post Graduate Degree in Management from a premier institute is preferred
- Any Industry/Sector knowledge would be an added advantage
- Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills, great attitude and team player
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, follow-up and closing skills
- Understanding of IT domain would be preferred
- Team Management skills
Secondary Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic
