The Internal Communication Manager is an experienced communication professional accountable for developing and implementing effective internal communications plans for Capgemini\xe2\x80\x99s Financial Services Business Unit. Reporting to the Communications Director, this manager will play a crucial role in driving communications value across the global business unit by:
  • Engaging team members to align with the organization vision
  • Informing strategy and the targeted flow of information across the business unit
  • Inspiring team members to get more involved and enhance the organization culture
  • Establishing better connection between leadership and team members



Primary Skills
The internal communication manager will work with cross-functional project teams to advise on communication best practices. They also work as a vital member of the Financial Services Marketing & Communication team, collaborating with others on creating and implementing more comprehensive communication strategies. Specific accountabilities:
  • Communication planning, development, and implementation
  • Writes and edits content for various media assets such as intranet, email, newsletters, video, and podcasts. This includes release and publication of the assets too.
  • Support communication efforts on business priorities and drive proactive campaigns in support of these.
  • Act as an advisor to business lines and leaders that enables them to communicate effectively across channels
  • Counsel leadership team on effective strategic communication, as and when needed
  • Liaise with Group Internal Communications Team to ensure awareness of global programs and consistent messaging across the business unit
  • Develop and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with peers across various regions, countries, and business units to establish connects and facilitate effective communication
  • Maintain process documents and measure communications objectives as outlined by the Communications Director
  • Research and ideate new communication channels and mediums based on industry best practices
Behavioral skills:
  • 4-7 years of communications experience, including within the financial services sector
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field
Experience of employee and internal communications


Secondary Skills
  • Results-focused approach, strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills
  • An ability to successfully balance competing priorities
