Your main goal is to help us boost sales by reaching out to School Principals, Trustees and Decision makers and line up meetings for our feet-on-street. As Business Callers, you are responsible for engaging prospects entirely over the phone, you also might have to answer certain basic queries in regard to our product and services on which you will be handsomely trained by our subject matter experts. As an ideal candidate, you should be an excellent communicator with convincing abilities exhibiting phenomenal telephone etiquette as essential attributes for this position. Once selected your joining will be immediate. Location:- Mumbai Pune. Making calls and briefly explaining STEM concepts offered by the company. Confirming meetings for Sales functionaries and Top management Obtaining customer information and other relevant data Taking and processing special information mentioned by clients. Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis, Helping sales in sending proposals (If required) Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements (This could be added to your KPIs at a later stage as you acquire deep skills) KPI - Should average 70 to 80 calls per day and get 4 to 5 daily appointments. High school diploma/ Graduation (ANY) or equivalent. Work experience as a Tele-caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in a Sales Department (Hospitality/ Real Estate/ Call Centre/ Financial Services), Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. Exceptional attention to detail. Hard-working individual. Good time management abilities. Strong decision-making skills. Ability to tolerate stress and pressure. As per industry standards. KPI - Should average 70 to 80 calls per day and get 4 to 5 daily appointments.
