Location: Hybrid (2 days in office, rest at our brands: Radiobar, NomNom, Southtable, Mai Mai)
About the Role:
We are looking for a young, dynamic, and highly persuasive Marketing Executive to manage brand partnerships, social media, and experiential marketing across our portfolio of restaurants. This role requires someone who thrives on building relationships, creating engaging experiences, and bringing creative concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities (Daily/Hands-On):
Develop and execute brand activations, pop-ups, and chef/bar takeovers.
Capture high-quality content (photo/video) for social media and marketing campaigns.
Plan and calendar events, nights, and special programming across brands:
NomNom:
Themed nights, bar events, artist collaborations.
Radiobar:
Sake/soju nights, menu launches, festive programming.
Mai Mai:
New menu promotions, experiential events, Introducing matcha-based initiatives, pop-ups, influencer events.
Coordinate and track social media campaigns and content calendars. Improve social media metrics as per targets.
Identify, approach, and engage influencers, artists, chefs, and collaborators.
Support marketing strategy by bringing new ideas to enhance brand visibility and footfall.
Ensure seamless execution of campaigns, events, and activations from ideation to post-event follow-ups.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in brand partnerships, social media management, or experiential marketing.
Strong relationship-building and convincing skills.
Ability to plan, calendar, and execute multiple events and campaigns simultaneously.
Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content and storytelling.
Comfortable working in a hybrid, fast-paced environment across multiple locations.
