Position Title: Marketing Automation Team Lead India
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Team Lead to oversee and guide the India team in Lead Management, Email, Platform, Campaign Operations, and Project Management, with a strong focus on leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the team's expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, while collaborating closely with our US-based team to ensure alignment in team performance and skills as we introduce and refine features, processes, and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
o Utilize in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to comprehend and optimize our custom processes, features, and capabilities.
o Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15-20 members, enhancing their skills and knowledge. Provide ongoing support and training to team members, addressing questions and facilitating their professional development.
o Oversee and support the lead evaluation process, ensuring the team efficiently qualifies and distributes marketing leads to the business in a timely manner, while continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement.
o Collaborate with onshore marketing automation leaders to analyze business requirements and devise effective solutions within Marketing Cloud.
o Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members adhere to Key Result Areas (KRAs) and adjust roles as necessary to meet evolving needs.
Must-Have Qualifications:
o Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership.
o Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
o Preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement Certifications.
o Knowledge of Salesforce.com.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work collaboratively.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
o Experience and knowledge of Adobe Workfront.
o Understanding of agile development processes.
Experience Required:
o Team Lead Job band in India.
o Suggestion 8 10 years in industry , minimum 5 years in MC with 2 years in a lead position
