We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Automation Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of automated, data-driven customer engagement journeys across digital channels. This role requires strong expertise in marketing automation platforms, a deep understanding of customer lifecycle strategies, and the ability to deliver personalized campaign experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.
Experience
5-8 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and digital campaign operations.
Requirements
What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and manage automated marketing workflows and customer journeys across digital touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute targeted communication programs using segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content logic.
  • Build responsive and well-structured email campaigns using HTML/CSS, ensuring cross-device compatibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and analytics to enhance campaign performance and audience strategy.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and implement optimization strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Work with marketing data models and advanced logic to improve targeting, audience insights, and lifecycle engagement.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, workflows, and quality assurance standards.
What You'll Bring
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing automation and digital campaign operations.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise automation and journey-building tools.
  • Strong proficiency with personalization techniques and scripting languages (e.g., AMPScript or similar).
  • Capability to build custom email layouts and components using HTML and CSS.
  • Solid understanding of segmentation, customer lifecycle management, and performance analytics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate data-backed recommendations confidently.
