Join our Marketing team We offer an exciting opportunity for a CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management) Specialist to join the SKIDOS Marketing team and help analyze business and marketing data to identify key drivers, mechanics, and associated dependencies for driving conversion, product adoption, and retention. CLM Specialists will report to the CLM manager. The new member will work together with other marketing stakeholders such as the IOS manager & Android ASO specialist, Paid marketing manager, and Design colleagues. A new member needs to own up the funnel from user registering to subscriptions, renewals, winning back customers, and contribute to the revenue target for Web & App. Your objective will be to support marketing automation including email-push triggers and batch campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle via Webengage and other systems, planning weekly campaign calendars, preparing campaign reports, researching best practices, and providing insights for the communication and creative team. Identifying customer segments for targeted marketing programs and planning campaigns to deliver ROI-positive results.
You will spend most of your time on the following:

• Finalizing the CLM structure and design campaigns to meet the monthly targets
• Publishing journeys
• Making the journey/campaign flow
• Testing campaigns on the devices
• Preparing reports of the running journeys
• Maintaining the weekly campaign calendar
• Examining the communications sent to parents
• Coordinating with communication and creative teams

What we want to see in your past experience:

• About 1 - 2 years of experience with any clm tool (WebEngage, Clevertap, Marketo, Hubspot, etc)
• Excellent analytical skills
• An eye for design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and support communication across several departments as well as within the marketing team
• Ability to work under your own initiative
• Organized, punctual, responsible
