Join our Marketing team We offer an exciting opportunity for a CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management) Specialist to join the SKIDOS Marketing team and help analyze business and marketing data to identify key drivers, mechanics, and associated dependencies for driving conversion, product adoption, and retention. CLM Specialists will report to the CLM manager. The new member will work together with other marketing stakeholders such as the IOS manager & Android ASO specialist, Paid marketing manager, and Design colleagues. A new member needs to own up the funnel from user registering to subscriptions, renewals, winning back customers, and contribute to the revenue target for Web & App. Your objective will be to support marketing automation including email-push triggers and batch campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle via Webengage and other systems, planning weekly campaign calendars, preparing campaign reports, researching best practices, and providing insights for the communication and creative team. Identifying customer segments for targeted marketing programs and planning campaigns to deliver ROI-positive results.
