Position: Associate Marketing and communication specialist Department: Marketing Job location: New Delhi Years of Experience: 3-5 Travelling Required: Yes (5 to 10%) About Us: Since our establishment in 2016, we have provided ample civil engineering services and solutions, including project management, resource management, and design consultation for all types of infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects under the brand name Neil Engineering. and we are continuing our service and working towards for better tomorrow since 2022 under the brand name Neil Engineering Consultancy (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (NEC). NEC is also experts in land development and site development, Subdivision designs, surface water management studies, survey design, and boundary legal descriptions, surface/topography projects, drainage projects, street grading designs, street improvement projects, and Clash Analysis & Resolutions for both Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure projects for 4 regions namely AM, AP, ME & UK across the global. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create posts and marketing copy to promote about us, our expertise solutions, and professional services we offer.
• Periodically update company website and social media pages based on the event happens within an organization level.
• Periodically update social media pages with news and announcements about internal activities including but not limited to welcome aboard, work anniversary and etc.
• Craft and send our monthly newsletter within the organization level.
• Update/create employees profile on social media to meet company\xe2\x80\x99s branding and marketing policy.
• Optimize published pieces using SEO guidelines.
• Manage editorial calendar and ensure timely publication.
• Proofreading including but not limited to typo, grammar and syntax including but not limited to marketing, finance, human resources, and engineering disciplines.
• Ensure that content meets the company corporate brand policy and guidelines.
• Support to Non-technical departments as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/ Master\xe2\x80\x99s in English literature or Mass Communication.
• Candidate must have minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Essential English written and verbal communication.
• Must have knowledge of SEO and industry best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Products and Social Media platforms.
• Excellent data manipulation abilities (MS Excel/MS Access database type).
• Must have a basic knowledge of graphic design.

• Travel to the other project office as required and requested to provide support on assignments, projects, and overall office needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months Salary: Up to 30,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
