We are looking for an individual who is passionate about building brand awareness, engaging with our audience, and driving our marketing campaigns to new heights. Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand\'s voice and goals.
- Advertising: Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns, closely monitoring performance and optimizing for the best results.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze social media campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Offline Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute impactful offline marketing initiatives, including print ads, events, and partnerships, to complement our online presence.
- Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of the latest trends in social media and marketing, applying best practices to our strategies.
- Influencer Collaboration: Manage relationships with bloggers and influencers to amplify our brand\'s reach and credibility.
- Customer Feedback: Implement efficient systems for gathering and managing customer feedback to enhance our service offerings.
- Resides in Hyderabad, with 2+ years of experience in marketing.
- Age between 22 and 33 years, exhibiting a youthful and innovative mindset.
- Demonstrated history of job stability, without frequent job changes.
- Willingness to work on-site.
- Proven expertise in social media marketing and executing offline marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with an aptitude for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a flair for generating new ideas.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of juggling multiple campaigns at once.
- Familiarity with social media advertising tools and platforms.
- Graphic design and video editing skills are advantageous.
