The ideal candidate will build awareness about our agency and lead initiatives to build new business for the company. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Since we are a creative agency, the ideal candidate will be expected to have superior creative communications skills as well. Responsibilities: Understanding the company\xe2\x80\x99s long term goals and work closely with Director to achieve them. Develop and implement marketing plan to increase market share and drive revenue growth of current social media marketing business. Pinpointing issues that are hampering growth and help solve them. Develop a new services vertical in digital marketing and explore market in India and abroad. Qualifications: At least 3 years of work experience in marketing agency or related industry and role. MBA preferred. At least 3 years experience working in role that requires understanding of business fundamentals. Excellent English and communication skills. Ability to write copy. Above average sense of visual design. Knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing. Tech savviness and knowledge of global tech trends. Experience with creative supervision is a plus.
