Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Operations Intern

to support our daily business functions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience or academic exposure in

vendor management

and

CRM systems

, and must have completed their

graduation or post-graduation

. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing vendor relationships, onboarding processes, and performance tracking. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and vendor data. Analyze CRM and vendor data to support operational decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow efficiency. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management. Support procurement, logistics, and administrative operations as needed. Identify and help implement process improvement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed) in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Experience:

Prior internship or academic experience in vendor management and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is preferred. Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities. Ability to work independently and within a team.
