United Way India (www.uwindia.org) is seeking a talented, self-directed Marketing & Communications Manager to super-charge our outward-facing communications efforts. This position will gather stories, create content, manage key projects, and build platforms to show who we are as a brand and to amplify the work and outcomes of the organization. The position will be responsible for communication efforts that inspire and motivate stakeholders to give, advocate and volunteer towards United Way\xe2\x80\x99s mission, vision, and goals. 1. Social Media Marketing: Build presence, drive audience engagement using different content styles and strategies for each SM platform, measure effectiveness, and maintain performance metrics for social media platforms. Increase follower base and engagement, explore and use newer platforms & tools for digital medium, track competitor activity. Knowledge and experience of running paid campaigns will be a plus. 2. Writing marketing content: Write compelling marketing pieces for different audiences, platforms and different types of collaterals - websites, brochures, blogs, social media, web ads, presentation, impact reports, etc. Ability to grab opportunities and identify areas/ on ground programs that make for a great story around impact. 3. Design appealing visuals and create videos that reflect the messaging as per brand guidelines. 4. Own and maintain the website with regular upkeep, latest content, ensuring smooth user experience and grow traffic on the website. 5. Execute several digital marketing campaigns: Support organizational strategies for donor cultivation and growth throughout the year using digital tools 6. Manage relationships with agencies, corporate donors, non-profits, vendors, and internal stakeholders Job Type: Full-time Pay: 9200,000.00 - 9500,000.00 per year Schedule:
