  • Customer Service: Interacting with customers, handling inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Financial Management: Managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures. Tracking sales and profitability.
  • Menu Planning and Development: Collaborating with the pastry chef to create and update the bakery menu. Introducing new products and specials based on market trends and customer preferences.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Developing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. This may include social media management, advertising campaigns, and promotional events.
