About the job

Responsible for managing all PR / Comms activities and ensuring they are implemented according to market activation plan, media guidelines, budget allocated and global policies to drive brand awareness and traffic

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

PR/Comms

  • Responsible for managing all PR / Comms activities and ensuring they are implemented according to market activation plan, media guidelines, budget allocated and global policies to drive brand awareness and traffic
  • Responsible for managing the PR / Comms budget, providing forecasts and monitoring activities allocated to budget plans
  • Orchestrate all media planning and is responsible for working alongside and reviewing performance of activities with media agencies and central media
  • Manage all press relations activities, PR agencies and partnerships as well as influencers. This includes coordinating fiscal and legal processes (invoices) to transit samples for celebrities, influencers, PR or sponsoring requests and others.
  • If aligned and approved by go to market (HQ), co-develop any local activations where there are any gaps and needs from the local market
  • Brief and manage output of local agencies - including media, PR and influencer content. Responsibilities include monitoring performance and ensuring contractual requirements are met as well as providing feedback
  • Ensure successful delivery of press releases, events and activations as required
  • Is responsible for consolidating all feedback related to PR / Comms and proposing development opportunities in line with business objectives to Marketing and Communications Manager, INSEA and Head of Marketing
  • Is the key contact person for all requests / activities related to PR / Comms within the market cluster
Digital Marketing and Media
  • Responsible for digital marketing and media activities and for ensuring that the guidelines provided by central along with the Market Activation plan are executed according to the local budget plans
  • Responsible for managing any local social media platforms and activities and building, creating, and maintaining a high level of engagement as well as follower base in alignment with central MarComs team together with media agencies
  • Prepare business cases to be presented to central team for approval for any local social media platform opportunities (i.e. local facebook)
  • Ensure consistency in execution of digital media plans, social media plans, e-com activation supports. This includes developing clear guidelines and monitoring compliance to ensure brand consistency for online shops in existing but also new multichannel accounts.
  • Interpret results of social media & digital marketing efficiency and campaign effectiveness. Monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Key point of contact and advisor to key accounts (incl. pure players in markets where there is no e-commerce manager in place) for enquiries related to Swarovski digital communication activities and solutions across channels
  • Design proper digital solutions to improve brand image / market access / market penetration / voice of customer / etc. accordingly
  • Responsible for providing feedback of key learnings, main insights and local trends on digital marketing and media via Marketing and Communications Manager, INSEA and Head of Marketing to central.
Events
  • Responsible for the orchestration and the successful delivery of Marketing events, this includes, PR events, CRM events, Swarovski Days, etc. according to market activation plan.
  • Ensure and track that events deliver to the expectations and budget allocated. This includes contributing on forecasting expenses as well as monitoring execution of plans.
  • Develop and communicate event plans including timelines to orchestrate the delivery of product samples, presentations, etc. across different departments. This includes the orchestration of any external agencies.
  • Provide feedback to Marketing and Communications Manager, INSEA on the success as well as improvement measures to be channeled to central/ HQ.
About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
  • University degree/Education, preferably in Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in similar role
  • Experience working with media agencies and extensive knowledge of publications and existing relationships with press/media/local influencers (PR/Comms)
  • Experience working with social media platforms and digital marketing incl. strong affinity to big data (Digital Marketing)
  • Demonstrate ability to build and maintain productive and cohesive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams.
  • Very good influencing skills to align and get support from the parties during the implementation process
  • Clear picture for career development with strong potential ambition will be a plus
