Responsibilities:

  • Planning and execution of events at maternity hospitals, hospitals, schools, apartments, and malls.
  • Support the business development activity of the sales team. Ensure and enable branding at the point of sales.
  • Planning and innovating new marketing initiatives a regular intervals to create brand recall and awareness.
  • Responsible for setting up a strong network of vendors / Agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions.
  • Motivating & handling brand executives & sales team.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Consistent prospecting, and client contact via phone, email, and meetings to develop, qualify and close Business Sales leads.
  • To manage the marketing department budget.
Requirements And Skills:
  • Energetic, versatile, and creative problem-solver.
  • Talented, Flexible individual with the ability to multitask, exercise initiative, and work effectively under pressure, paying strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
  • 4 - 5 years of work experience as a Business Development Manager.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Ability to lead a sales team
  • Outstanding understanding of the market activities.
  • Should have good communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to ?40,000.00 per month Schedule:
