Job Summary

We are seeking a process oriented Marketing Analyst who will delve into marketing insights to inform and develop customer personas. This role is essential for maintaining the vitality of our marketing campaigns by continuously refreshing personas and strategically managing the lifecycle of contacts within our CRM system.

Job Responsibilities

Marketing Insights Analysis and Persona Development

  • Analyze marketing insights and performance data to inform strategic decisions regarding persona development and refinement.
  • Continuously create and update personas to reflect evolving market trends and maintain alignment with campaign objectives.
Campaign Persona Management
  • Actively manage and refresh personas for all ongoing marketing campaigns to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Implement strategies to effectively segment and target new customer groups, based on evolving insights.
Contact Lifecycle Management
  • Manage the contact lifecycle within the CRM system, including the recycling of contacts that have completed campaigns and cadences.
  • Design and execute strategies to re-engage dormant leads after a period of downtime, fostering opportunities for reactivation.
Lead Generation and CRM Data Maintenance
  • Oversee the generation of leads by leveraging targeted personas and ensuring their accurate entry and management in Salesforce.
  • Maintain the integrity of lead data, ensuring high accuracy and completeness to support effective sales initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that lead development efforts are in sync with overall marketing and sales strategies.
  • Communicate insights and updates to stakeholders, aligning persona development and contact management with business goals.
Required Experience
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strategic Marketing Analysis: Demonstrated ability in analyzing marketing reports and translating insights into actionable persona development.
  • CRM and Lead Management: Strong experience in managing lead data within CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and in recycling and re-engaging leads.
  • Analytical Skills: Acute analytical abilities to dissect complex data and apply findings to dynamic marketing strategies.
  • Marketing Automation Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo or HubSpot, coupled with a track record of using these platforms to drive campaign success.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, vital for collaborating with teams and reporting to stakeholders.
