About the JobROLE : Marketing AnalystLOCATION : BangaloreYEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 1- 4 yearsYou will be the budding star in the marketing team, known by teams across for your content skills and jaw dropping design aesthetics.You have an eye for good design and copy and can roll up your sleeve and do them on your own.You should be able to communicate the value of the product in a concise and compelling way.Work closely with sales teams creating pitch decks. We want someone who could create content and bring them to life with great attention to detail on design. You need good marketing acumen, but you need to be able to translate that into how sales reps will use it. Ride-alongs with salespeople helps to achieve this aim for HappayProject management, coordination, and presentation skills are table stakes.## Key responsibilities

• Understand the company's business and the services provided to better support the sales team
• Work with sales, marketing, product, and tech teams to understand the product and develop compelling content
• Identify the pain points of customers and clearly articulate the value of our solution to advance deals including but not limited to business presentations, product collaterals, Pitch decks, brochures, one pagers, competitive information fact sheets, and custom work
• Create vertical-specific content and materials catering to different decision makers to showcase the value Happay creates for customers
• Refine, Update and Ensure that messaging resonates with customers, prospects and internal teams
• Develop and produce market research that shows our products and services relative to competitors
• Gather feedback from the sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve sales support programs
• Assist on sales calls and demos as needed
• Field ad hoc content and support requests from the sales team
• Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.
• Work on the launch of new products and features with the product marketing and sales teams
• Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices.
• Maintain brand consistency in the presentations and the communication tones

## Qualifications & Experience

• 1-4 years of product marketing/ content writing/ design experience
• Experience in marketing, sales or sales support roles preferred.
• Communication aptitude coupled with the ability to create compelling narratives for our product
• Adept at creating presentations for different audiences
• Strong writing and communication skills with the capacity to create exceptional content and comfortably engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Extraordinary organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

## Requirements

• Excellent copywriting and presentation skills
• Strong design sense/skills, Basic knowledge of design tools
• Proficiency in Powerpoint, Canva, Keynote
• Team player with strong intrapersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and excel at multiple priorities/tasks
• Creative and strategic thinker with strong business judgment
• Problem-solver in a fast-paced, self-driven environment
• Ability to pick up new tools and concepts quickly
