Develop the product positioning and messaging.
Communicate and develop all collaterals, presentations for the products, coordinate with the sales team and support the selling process.
Develop the GTM strategy and manage the marketing communication to generate demand and sales leads for products.
Plan the launch of new products/features and manage cross departmental implementation of the plan.
Gather continuous market intelligence and competitive data.
Understand buyer behavior, how they buy, their criteria etc.
Work with sales teams to develop marketing communication strategies and action plans to meet revenue and margin goals.
Develop advertising messages, sales promotions, marketing programs and coordinate with external agencies.
Develop and track ROI metrics for advertising and promotional programs to ensure proper allocation of budget resources.
Engage with the Earthmoving Product Groups (PG), GCI industry field teams and other internal partners to drive collaboration to grow our sales in each region.
Support the GCI industry field teams in their day-to-day business, Sales Operations Planning process (SOP) and develop medium term strategies through projects, presentations and training.
Partner with the Product Application Specialists (PAS) to create holistic product positioning proposals.
Create merchandising programs that support our field teams with execution of their goals, while balancing market leadership objectives and Sales Variance budget.
Build content plans and strategies that will help boost product recognition along with product owners
Create well-thought-out and creative product content in the form of blog posts, infographics, video scripts, reports, website pages, etc
Plan and drive product content distribution across different channels for maximum reach
Research and be updated with market and industry news to stay on top of trends and competition
Work with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to improve product knowledge, get customer feedback, and provide product marketing support.
