• Obtaining/updating contact details of our potential/present research participants
• Explaining project requirements to the research participants and encouraging them to participate in our research studies
• Noting important details of each conversation in our CRM tool
• Following-up with the research participants to complete project surveys
• Taking opinion from healthcare professionals/executives by conducting online surveys
• Conveying responders' feedback and suggestions to the Reporting Manager

Required Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills (command over the English language is a must)
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Superb record-keeping skills

Required Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of MS office suite
• Basic understanding of social platforms such as LinkedIn, Conference lists & other public directories

Educational Qualification

• Graduation in any stream (candidates from Biology background will be preferred)
• 12th pass female candidates who had to discontinue their study due to personal reasons can also apply

Other Criteria

• Candidates with prior experience in this role will be preferred
• A rare commodity that goes by the name of Common sense
