Job Responsibilities:

1. Technical Product Research:

- Conduct in-depth research on technical aspects of our products, including specifications, features etc.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging technologies relevant to our product portfolio.

2. Competitive Analysis:

- Analyse and benchmark our products against competitors in terms of technical capabilities, pricing, and market positioning.

- Provide insights on areas of improvement and potential product differentiation.

3. Market Trends and Forecasting:

- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and regulatory changes affecting our industry.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast market demands and identify opportunities for growth.

4. Customer Feedback Analysis:

- Gather and analyze customer feedback related to technical aspects of our products.

- Work closely with customer support and product development teams to address technical issues and enhance product features.

5. Report Generation:

- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing technical research findings, market trends, and competitive analysis.

- Present findings to internal stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

6. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to align technical research with business strategies.

- Provide technical support during the development of marketing materials and campaigns.

7. Data Management:

- Organize and maintain a repository of technical data, research reports, and market intelligence.

- Ensure data accuracy and relevance for informed decision-making.
