Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed market and competitive research in technology and digital service domains.
Work closely with the Business Analysis and Product teams to identify market opportunities.
Translate market insights into actionable business and technical requirements.
Support solution design and strategy with data-backed insights.
Analyze technology trends to guide business and product direction.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and client discussions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3-6 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or technology strategy roles.
Strong analytical, research, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in data tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar) and research databases.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Prior experience in a technology or digital consulting environment is a plus.
