About the department The Commercial & Corporate Affairs – Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial & Corporate Affairs, including Insulin, Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. The Commercial & Corporate Affairs unit also supports BioPharma global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders. In Obesity Commercial Unit, we are focused on changing the way obesity is viewed and treated today, as well as increasing number of people who receive innovative treatments and quality care. In addition to driving innovative market development and communication efforts, the unit is responsible for the global commercialization and optimization of Saxenda® and Obesity & NASH pipelines. We conduct anonymised patient data analysis and drive analytical projects and processes to support brand teams, new product planning teams and senior management in strategic decision making. In joining us, you will have the opportunity to become part of an international, high performing team responsible for generating customer insights on physicians and patients and translating these into impactful recommendations.
The Position As Market Research Associate, your will be responsible for:

  • Providing support to ensure compliance in market research projects. You will be supporting Market Research vendor selection processes.
  • Driving selects project management activities for market research projects.
  • Provide support with diverse decks and diverse tasks (either project management or execution) of any of functional projects with the Customer Insights Anchor Administrative support and coordination of various department projects.
  • Customer Insights Supporting Documents site maintenance on SharePoint and ensure most recent Marketing Research plan is uploaded.
  • Managing the Stakeholder with communicating professionally and handling confidential information between departments, Building strong and effective relationship with stakeholder.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical Sciences, Management Degree equivalent to Graduation/Postgraduation.
  • Experience in working with various administrative processes and project coordination.
  • Project Management skills with life science background is preferred.
  • Fresher with good institutes of pharma/life science background is preferred.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills.
  • Good Command on Microsoft Suite of products like Power Point, Excel, Word etc.
  • Professionally handles communication to and from the department including confidential information.
  • Demonstrate and build strong and effective relationships with relevant stakeholders.
