Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, best practices, and potential opportunities for recruitment services
• Analyze data and prepare reports to share findings with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
• Identify and attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and network with potential clients and partners
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
• Manage and maintain accurate records of market research and analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in market research and analysis
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and market research tools and software
