Job Title: Market Research Analyst Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Research Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in utilizing advanced tools like Apollo, Excel, and various email-finding and bounce-detection tools. This role involves preparing comprehensive customer lists, ensuring data accuracy, and utilizing custom software for data analysis. Key Responsibilities: Customer Data Compilation and Analysis: Prepare extensive lists of potential customers segmented into various categories and geographical locations, particularly focusing on the US and UK markets. Conduct thorough market research to identify new customer segments and opportunities. Email Management and Verification: Utilize advanced email-finding tools to gather and verify customer email addresses. Implement bounce detection tools to maintain the quality and accuracy of our email database. Data Management and Excel Proficiency: Run and manage our custom software designed for market analysis. Handle and organize large Excel files, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurately maintained. Develop and apply advanced Excel formulas and logic to facilitate efficient data processing and reporting. Interpret large sets of data and translate them into meaningful insights. Cold Outreach and Technical Setup: Create new emails and LinkedIn accounts specifically for cold outreach purposes. Set up and manage technical aspects such as IP, DKIM, SPF, etc., to ensure effective email deliverability. Administrative and Operational Support: Oversee operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution. Prepare presentations and reports as required. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Market Research Analyst or a similar role. Proficiency in Apollo and other market research tools. Advanced skills in Excel, including the ability to create and manage complex formulas. Experience with email-finding tools and bounce-detection technologies. Knowledge of setting up and managing email technicalities (IP, DKIM, SPF). Personal Attributes: Strong research and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas. A keen understanding of business models, particularly in the startup ecosystem.
