With over 10 company-owned outlets, franchise stores, food trucks, and an actively expanding HoReCa distribution network pan-India, we are positioned for exciting growth opportunities nationwide. We are seeking a highly skilled Market Research Analyst with a strong background in food production to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in market research, with a focus on the food industry. The role involves analyzing market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making for our food production initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Market Overview: Describe the overall food products market, including its size, growth rate, and key segments (e.g., fresh produce, packaged foods, beverages). Market Trends: Identify current trends shaping the food products market, such as increasing demand for organic or plant-based foods, convenience foods, or ethnic cuisines. Market Drivers: Identify factors driving growth in the food products market, such as changing consumer lifestyles, dietary preferences, or health concerns. Market Challenges: Identify challenges facing the food products market, such as regulatory issues, supply chain disruptions, or competition from other food categories. Key Players: Identify major companies in the food products market, including manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. Competitive Analysis: Analyze the competitive landscape of the food products market, including market share, strengths and weaknesses of key players, and strategies used to gain a competitive advantage. Consumer Behavior: Understand consumer preferences and behaviors related to food products, including purchasing habits, brand loyalty, and factors influencing buying decisions. Distribution Channels: Describe the various distribution channels used to sell food products, such as supermarkets, specialty stores, online retailers, and food service outlets. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in market research, preferably in food production or related industry. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods. Experience using market research tools and software for data collection and analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations based on market research findings. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
