Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support through voice processes.
• Conduct market research as required by the project.
• Assist customers in resolving their queries and concerns.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Respond to customer emails and inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and targets.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational requirement: 12th pass or Any Graduate.
• Pursuing candidates are not eligible for this position.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively during the night shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with BPO and KPO services is an advantage.
