Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Branding

Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital + offline) aligned with brand objectives. Assist in creating brand communication assets (brochures, presentations, posters, ads, etc.). Maintain brand consistency across all communication touchpoints. Coordinate with vendors to create visually appealing marketing materials. Create festive posts, employee birthday card designs, and internal communication creatives.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

Plan, create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms. Monitor online engagement, track performance, and optimize content regularly. Manage website updates, blogs, and SEO-friendly content (as needed). Execute basic digital ads (Google, Meta) under team guidance.

Communication & HR Support

Assist HR with designing flyers, internal posters, and recruitment-related creative assets. Support HR in planning and executing internal employee events, celebrations, and activities.

Sales & Client Coordination

Handle basic sales communication as required. Manage client visit coordination: communicating with clients over calls, scheduling site visits, and ensuring smooth follow-up. Maintain professional, clear, and timely communication with potential and existing clients.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree, Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in Marketing / MarCom roles (freshers with strong portfolios may apply). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking with attention to detail. Proficiency in social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools. Knowledge of Corel Draw, Canvas/Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
