Document training progress and maintain detailed learning records as per program requirements
Technical Skills Development:
Develop expertise in mechanical fitting, turning, machining, and welding operations
Learn to operate and maintain industrial machinery and manufacturing equipment
Participate in preventive maintenance activities and equipment calibration procedures
Assist in tool and die preparation, setup, and adjustment operations
Support electrical installations, wiring, and basic electrical maintenance work
