Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team for the night shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the production process to ensure high-quality products are manufactured efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of salary making, and experience with software systems. Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and supervise the production process to ensure high-quality products are manufactured on time and efficiently. Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring that they are optimized to meet customer demands and production targets. Supervise and train production staff, ensuring that they work safely and efficiently and comply with all company policies and procedures. Monitor production output and quality and implement corrective actions as necessary. Ensure that all production records are accurate and up-to-date. Provide regular reports to senior management on production performance, highlighting any issues or areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all production requirements are met. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Minimum 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of salary making Experience with software systems, such as ERP, MES, or MRP Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work night shifts Monthly salary range of 30-40K If you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience and qualifications.
