* Quality/manufacturing experience from Apple supply chain is preferred, audit experience is preferred.
* Experience in project management is required, experience in people management is preferred.
* Strong experience in Supplier and Quality Audit.(Preferred)
* Strong experience in Gluing, CNC. (Preferred)
* Good understanding on Push Pull Test and Rational Force Testing.(Preferred) Technical Expertise:- * Experience in leading process control improvement.
* Strong quality related working experience with systematic problem solving sense, be able to lead critical issue resolving individually.
* Professional at quality management system, and quality tools like 8D, CPK, GRR.
* Professional on process audit or quality system audit, supplier audit experience.(Preferred)
* Strong mechanical process or cosmetic/surface finishing knowledge is necessary, with physical cosmetic inspection experience.(Preferred)
* Know key parameters/control points of manufacturing processes. Soft Skills:- * Good communication with cross functional partners including internal, vendor and other Apple team.
* Seeking improvement opportunity, can participate and contribute systemic improvement activities with team.
* Strong data analysis/measurement experience are preferred, have ability to coach/support other auditor.
* Clear and logical reporting, know how to use chart/table to support reporting.
