Key Accountabilities :

• 
  In charge of process implementation and optimization at workshop or at plant level.
• 
  Responsible for Process performance measurement and improvement.
• 
  To work with cross functional team of engineers and operators. drive various programs for process performance improvement. To prepare mass balance, basic process chemistry, evaporators, dryers, process automation etc.
• 
  Cascade and execute production plans and adjust operational activities by situation assessment according to available information and resources for optimum production performance (manpower, material and machine) and production attainment.
• 
  Coach and mentor the members of team to increase productivity and systematically review performance, identifying and implementing opportunities to improve product quality, equipment reliability and efficiency.
• 
  Provide necessary support in production planning & technical leadership in process improvement activities.
• 
  Train the team on manufacturing process, technology and standard operating procedures.

Required profile :
Academic background : B.Tech/PG in Food Technology
Learning experience : 8-10 Years manufacturing process experience
Specific competency : Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
