Job Overview

ROLE OBJECTIVE

Establish overall strategic goals & objectives, and direction of the manufacturing process for the world-class training in alignment with organizational Vision & Mission. Managing existing skill development and work with new joiners, Induction, Process training and driving process improvements, Digital content creation, Cloud based systems, Training infrastructure development. Driving multiskilling for the better operator flex index. * rain on achieving "Right Quality first time" as per standard CT with Behavioral Based Safety.

• Periodic skills measurements & skill up gradation of operators. Map skill matrix.
• Updating OJT forms in coordination with ME/Prodn. of training and any up gradation in knowledge.
• Maintain the records of NC's/workmanship error of each trainee during daily activity.
• Train on tracking and maintaining 914 stocks in production in coordination with Supervisors.
• To Analyze rework OR analysis of rejected FG to train line operators regarding the issues.
• Digital training content creation by using IoT (AI, AR/VR) based for process skill-up and improve efficiency

What your background should look like:

• Train on achieving "Right Quality first time" as per standard CT with Behavioral Based Safety.

• Experience in harness/connector assembly, Tooling Knowledge, Kaizen.
• Knowledge on IPC/WHMA standard is added advantage.
• ~6 years related industry experience with good communication, processes knowledge, production documentation understanding will be the ideal.
