Work location: Chennai L&T ECC HQ Reports to: Head - Sales & Marketing

Minimum Qualification:

B.E. or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science Engineering or similar field from an accredited university with

minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant experience. MBA in will add advantage.

Objective/Purpose:

As a Sales & Marketing - Demo & Event Manager you will create and contribute to sales campaigns focused on Power system

solutions/Products business through sale demo\xe2\x80\x99s, event management, Showcasing the solutions (expo\xe2\x80\x99s & conferences) in

coordination with product management and technologists within our fast-growing world-wide business. Works with

customer-facing teams to prepare and deliver tailored, solution-oriented demos.

Required skills:

\xef\x82\xb7 Hands-on experience in developing creative and engaging sales tools (demo videos, presentation decks, playbooks,

etc.) and demonstrating software.

\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent MS power point preparation and presentation skills

\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent Communication skills in English language (written and verbal)

\xef\x82\xb7 Craft and deliver dynamic product demonstrations.

\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge on power system solutions like EMS, DMS, EV management, DRMS, SCADA etc

\xef\x82\xb7 MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio

Job duties & responsibilities:

\xef\x82\xb7 Design and develop demo solutions and strategies that help our sales organization to scale delivery of compelling,

value-based stories by reducing demo prep time, reducing friction to demo, and increasing demo agility.

\xef\x82\xb7 Work with product and solutioning teams to keep abreast of upcoming changes along with new beta/GA

functionalities that will affect demos and drive to supporting these changes in our demo solutions in alignment with

these product releases.

\xef\x82\xb7 Deliver tailored technical sales presentations and demonstrations to target customers.

\xef\x82\xb7 End to end execution of Marketing events like user conferences, roadshows, trade shows, exhibitions webinars etc.

This includes event calendar preparation, event commercials, vendor/fabricator coordination, booth finalization,

partner/sponsorship/paper presentation coordination, Approval follow up, manning schedule, messaging, travelling

and event report.

\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with the Sales Demo Development and Support Team to manage the Demo Environment infrastructure

including master project management, new product evaluations and testing.

\xef\x82\xb7 Become an expert at our power system software products and craft personal demos for deal-closing live

presentations.

\xef\x82\xb7 You are expected to provide feedback to sales leadership team and product management on improvements and new

features based on customer requirement.

\xef\x82\xb7 Generates leads, opportunities, and sales by actively engaging with clients meeting sales targets.

\xef\x82\xb7 Develop tools that help automate the demo build process and create efficiencies for our Solution Engineers.

\xef\x82\xb7 Create supporting resources for our demo solutions such as roadmaps, and training videos/documentation.

\xef\x82\xb7 Generation of product demo scripts and scenarios and maintaining demonstration environment(s)

\xef\x82\xb7 Consult with clients to understand and analyze their needs, challenges, and requirements.

\xef\x82\xb7 Staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its

competitors.
