Role Project & UAT Job Level/ Designation M1 Function / Department Customer Service Location Mumbai Job Purpose To ensure all Circle & UAT are performed with set timeliness ensuring detailed checks for seamless migration & better customer experience Key Result Areas/Accountabilities 1) End to UAT for all Self-help channel & Network elements, Circle Product changes 2) User ID Management -DCRM / SCRM 3) Managing Revenue impacting operational issues resolution within TAT Management - PAN India (Escalation matrix) 4) Transactional operational concerns Resolution Management - PAN India 5) End to End Application Support: 6) Process, Circle level Projects to enhance Customer Experience 7) New roll out & transition support Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Core Competencies: Analytical and critical thinking Data mining and analytics Knowledge All CS Business processes (SOP) All business System (CRM, Billing system etc) SQL / RDBMS will be preferred Experience 10+ years of total work experience.
