Role System Support & UAT Process Factory - Team Member Job Level/ Designation M2 Function / Department Customer Service - Corporate Location Pune Job Purpose Conduct UAT of products, processes, system changes for both Prepaid and Postpaid across circles. Ensure correct product, system and application rollout within aggressive timelines and meet competitive demands in the market place. To perform timely UAT and speedy defect fixing for timely Go To Market efficiency. Carry out system and process changes across circles along with ensuring reduction in customer complaints. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Each UAT team member will be responsible to handle end to end testing of scenarios for cluster of circles mapped to him/her UAT test cases to be prepared in co-ordination with corporate stakeholders in Marketing, CS, IT and RA teams Identify test scenarios for location specific products, network testing, Usage / Roaming scenarios, etc. to be carried out by circle team Testing - Operations (Upgrade/ Infrastructure impact) Create appropriate test cases for UAT/ sanity, if & as recommended by IT Operations & Project team. Timely communication & readiness of circle UAT SPOCs or/and UAT Partner agency (Q Degrees) Critical Care & Support - Post roll-out assistance / hand holding to cluster of circles as well as IT Operations to smoothen the roll-out experience. Demand Delivery: Responsible for Demand Delivery as per timelines and delivery schedule Demand - UAT Tracker management from circles as per timelines Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Core competencies - Project management, Vendor management, Demand management, BRS-FRS drafting & comprehension Knowledge - Servicing platform, Billing system, Process understanding & Telecom business insights. Experience - telecom operations of at-least 5-7 years Transformation project experience in telecom of at-least 5-7 years, managing teams for at-least 2-3 years. Must have technical / professional qualifications Graduate preferably with an MBA with a min 5-7 years of experience in customer service.
