Job Title: Manager - Support Location: Mumbai Department: Human Resources Job Purpose The HR Manager for Support Hiring will lead and manage the recruitment and talent acquisition process for support functions across the organization. This includes hiring for roles in customer service, operations, administrative support, and other similar positions. The HR Manager will work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and other HR team members to ensure a seamless recruitment process, high-quality candidates, and timely hiring. Key Responsibilities o Recruitment Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies specifically for support functions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and forecast future hiring requirements. o s & Job Postings: Work with department heads to create clear, concise, and accurate job descriptions. Manage job postings on relevant platforms (job boards, social media, etc.), ensuring the organization's brand is well-represented. o Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Lead the sourcing and screening of candidates for support roles. Use various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and partnerships to attract top talent. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. o Interview Coordination & Process Management: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure an efficient, consistent interview process, from initial contact through final decision-making. o Offer Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers to selected candidates. Handle offer negotiations, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages that align with company guidelines. o Onboarding & Integration: Oversee the onboarding process for new support hires, ensuring that all documentation is completed and that new employees are smoothly integrated into their roles and the company culture. o Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future support roles. Proactively reach out to potential candidates and cultivate relationships with passive talent for ongoing hiring needs.
