QUALIFICATION: LLB/LLM OVERALL EXPERIENCE:10-15 Years. RELAVANT EXPERIENCE:4 to 5 Years from Infra and Real Estate background. Roles and Responsibilities Handling all kinds of litigation more specifically property-related matters. Due Diligence of the Immovable Properties. Collaborate with external lawyers to evaluate land records and conduct a thorough due diligence for all deals and transactions. Highlight concern areas and recommend risk mitigation strategies / options To prepare internal legal opinions for completing the legal due diligence. To identify the risk factors, critical issues in the land documents & highlight the same. Drafting of Agreements, Sale deeds, lease deeds, JDA\xe2\x80\x99s, Construction Agreements etc. Review all contracts or any other documentation and Review legal implications. Willingness to identify and take up new tasks and be a team player. Drafting and vetting of MOUs, Joint Ventures, Agreements relating to Infra Projects and Real Estate & Property Development Should be able to handle all legal cases Should be well versed the Arbitration matters.
