Job Title: Manager/Sr. Manager - Accounts and Billing

Reports to: VP/Director

Location: Lower Parel

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Management:

- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

2. Billing and Invoicing:

- Develop and implement efficient billing processes.

- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to clients.

- Follow up on overdue payments and resolve disputes.

3. Financial Analysis:

- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Provide insights to support business decisions.

4. Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

2. Experience: 8-10 years in accounts and billing, preferably in freight forwarding/logistics.

3. Skills:

- Financial management and analysis.

- Billing and invoicing software (e.g., Tally, E-Freight).

- Leadership and team management.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
