Drive strategic PR initiatives to increase awareness for PayU and its Payments business in India PR Agency and content Management . Manage the agency relationship and day to day operations . Execute PR strategy along with the agency partners . Develop company messaging and content including, storylines, written materials, press releases, media advisories, pitches, presentations Media Relations and monitoring: . Actively engage, cultivate and manage press relationships to secure coverage surrounding the programme\'s, special events, public announcements and other projects. . Responsible for brand perception in media and developing media strategies . Leveraging media relations during crisis . Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on regular basis . Proactively identify opportunities for engagement and influence by being current with developments that relate to all key stakeholders and partners. . Identify new opportunities and handhold media to ensure a right understanding about PayU and its operations in India Stakeholder Management: . Communicate clearly and credibly across multiple stakeholders, including agency, media, leadership team etc. . Collaborate with key executives and business unit owners across PayU\'s payments business to help bring consistent, compelling messaging to press . Develop sharp strategies and written press materials -- media advisories, press releases, talking points, executive speakership presentations,story pitches, spokesperson media training, media briefs - and manage the approval process with internal stakeholders and partners. Ensurecohesive company voice and narrative Crisis Management . Have the capacity to handle crisis and other reactive PR situations with grace and ease, knowing when and how to respond to media inquiries . Develop timely reactive responses as needed. . Anticipate reputational risk issues and develop and implement appropriate communication actions. Key Competencies . Good understanding of the payments/ fintech/BFSI industry . Should be there well versed/possess good understanding of all latest fintech regulations and its impact on the payment aggregator businesses . Strong hold on fintech media .
