Job Description
- Experience of working with reputed corporates in Real Estate/Retail Industry
- Expertise in Commercial Leasing Transactions
- Sound Drafting, Vetting, and Negotiation skills
- Technical knowledge of commercial properties/Retail mall operations and management
- Ability to lead, follow up, co-ordinate & close transactions
- Excellent Communication Skills and excellent command of the English language
- Ability to Work Odd Hours if required
Skill set requirement
- Excellent knowledge of Real Estate laws
- Excellent knowledge of Court procedures
- Excellent Knowledge of Contract Law, Transfer of Property Act, Easements Act, Apartment Ownership Act, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of laws applicable to UP
Qualification & Experience
- LLB from top Law colleges
Travel
- Open to Travel and commute between Delhi/Gurgaon office.
