Position: Manager/Senior Manager Learning and Talent \xe2\x80\x93 GPL HO

YOUR ROLE SPECIFICATIONS

Role Summary

This individual will work on leading learning and talent for the organization. They will also work from time-to-time on key projects/processes at the organization level.

Qualification: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in HR, Organisational Psychology

Experience: 1 \xe2\x80\x93 6 years of learning design, delivery, program management experience in corporates or consulting firms

Key responsibility:

The details of the main areas of focus are as follows

  • Build the GPL Learning Academy
  • End-to-end diagnostics, design, program management behavioural/managerial/leadership capability tracks
  • Program management with external learning partners, vendors
Skills Required:

Functional capabilities
  • Strong fundamental understanding of L&D frameworks, principles
  • End-to-end diagnostics of business-needs linked capability building interventions
  • Understanding of/Certification in personality assessment inventories (MBTI/Hogan\xe2\x80\x99s/Strengths finder/OPQ)
  • Program Management of learning journeys
Leadership Capabilities
  • Ability to solve problems through understanding of business priorities being able to link them to the design of the initiative
  • Influencing \xe2\x80\x93 Ability to work with a diverse team across zones and drive change through processes, capability building and communication
  • Able to work with multiple data inputs collectively and create point of view supported by facts in order to influence stakeholders.
  • Communication and facilitation \xe2\x80\x93 Ability to effectively leverage all channels of communication to engage and educate stakeholders
