Total Experience : 8 - 10 years
Job Responsibility:
- Manage HR processes such as Talent Acquisition (lateral + internship) , Performance Management, Employee Engagement surveys
- Understand practice hiring needs and manage hiring accordingly through various sources (Ref+ consultant+ Social Media)
- Handle PMS cycles, sensitive management and be instrumental for all qualitative feedback discussions
- Manage talent, devise retention strategies and participate in and drive engagement initiatives
- Understanding business needs and aligning HR Strategy accordingly Implement HR policies and processes for South India offices (Bengaluru and Chennai)
- Handle employee grievances and Be available to the members as a trusted Firm representative
- Be first point of contact for all HR related matters for South region offices.
- Work with central teams seamlessly on all central projects and matters
Ideally looking at somebody from another law firm / consulting firm / Big 4 / Professional Services Industry
